Hey there, The Hair here!

So look, life be life-ing and I’m here trying to 2 piece my way to the next round!

Being authentic to who I am daily and encouraging you to do the same, with grace and awareness.

Honestly, my life is a Variety Show all of its own and I’m embracing all of it (still working).

I coach, I train, I teach, I learn, and I LIVE!

LYNETTE “EntrepreTaineur” MCKINNEY
Diva on the screen, Boss behind the scene

What began as her passion has become this Colorado Native’s business, and the beat of that passion grows on.

At the age of four, McKinney began her modeling career, which pulled out the natural actress she was destined to become.

Her dedicated involvement with the community and her church afforded her the platform to be outspoken and a model of a person as well as a professional. Modeling was not the only way to run for this dynamic woman so track, basketball, swimming and volleyball became another outfit to bring audience attention to.

Taking a break from youth modeling, McKinney began focusing on her educational track and after graduating from Campbell High School, in Smyrna, GA, she went on to compete as a dual NCAA Athlete, and complete her Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Rhetoric with a double minor in Politics and Film Production at Oglethorpe University.

With her former experience in the Entertainment Industry and her newly awarded education, McKinney was now a force when entering back into her professional career, but this time with a bit of a difference.

Her career break after being on many sets including a few from Tyler Perry Studios, MTV’s “Yo Momma” and national and international model placement, McKinney found herself a key role, playing none other than herself, on NBC’s scripted television series entitled Momma’s Boys, produced by Ryan Seacrest. This became her playground giving her maximum exposure and an amplification to learn the business of behind the scenes as well.

After returning to Georgia, McKinney hit the ground running and birthed a Marketing and Girting Company and later a Casting Company under the umbrella of DLE. Between these entities of mass creative services, she was afforded partnerships with the CETA Organization, Bright Ideas Entertainment, The Trumpet Awards, Infinite Vi-sun Pictures, Taste & C Enterprises, K. Dillon Images, Revlon, Crème of Nature, and a small handful of others.

Alongside her passion for entertainment and the arts, exists an appetite to develop, enrich and empower the youth per the belief that they are the leaders of our future. Taking time to explore it, she took a brief break from Full-Time Entertainment work and divulged into secondary education.

Over a short period of time in education, she developed a fuller understanding of this appetite and how to feed it by way of her first love, and surprisingly it is not in the classroom. Therefore she resigned from education in 2022, but left with an understanding of her Life Mission: “I am here to be SALT & LIGHT: Season the bland and illuminate the dull. To enhance life, expose potential, encourage achievement and shift dynamics.

To invest in our future, with tools, wisdom and lessons of our past and bridge gaps along the way. One experience at a time…“

Toodles til Next Time!
